Meticulously crafted from 2oz of 99.99% pure silver, this coin is part of the renowned Australian Lunar Series. Annual 2oz Australian Lunar silver bullion coins portray in sequence the 12 animals of the ancient lunar calendar which in 2022 is represented by the tiger.

Honouring the lunar calendar’s third animal representative, this 2022 silver bullion coin portrays a tiger cub following its proud and protective parent across a rocky terrain. As well as the inscription ‘TIGER’ and the Chinese character for tiger, the design also incorporates The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark.
Authentication feature
For additional peace of mind, the coin incorporates an authentication feature in the form of a micro-laser engraved letter. Detectable under a magnifying glass, it is designed to make it significantly more difficult for the coin to be counterfeited.
